We can work with you and your team to create a dynamic experience to bring individuals together. Whether in a classroom, board room or outdoor environment, the Fanning Institute offers an array of experiential exercises to meet your needs.
Team building can include high ropes experiences, low-rope initiatives, or a combination of the two to increase trust and conflict management skills among team members. We also offer a wide variety of motivational exercises that foster deeper relationships and team unity for those groups that prefer to keep their feet on the ground. Whether we come to you, or you to us, participants will get to know each other better through communication, planning and problem solving activities.
