The Fanning Institute’s multi-disciplinary faculty work with an array of community and organizational clients to develop research-based leadership development curriculum. With decades of experience working throughout communities and organizations in Georgia and beyond, Fanning faculty have the instructional design and curriculum development expertise to tailor programming to the specific leadership needs of any community or organization.
For communities looking to develop adult leaders, the institute offers our Community Leadership Program curriculum. This curriculum helps communities develop knowledgeable, skilled, committed, and action-oriented leaders. Learn more here.
For developing future leaders, the Fanning Institute can help communities and schools implement our Youth Leadership in Action curriculum. This curriculum develops youth leaders, in Kindergarten through 12th grade, through the acquisition of leadership and citizenship skills. It can be used by community organizations or be embedded directly into school curricula as it aligns with educational standards. Learn more here.
