Career and Professional Leadership DevelopmentAdvancing leaders’ career and professional leadership development.

The Fanning Institute’s leadership development services include career and professional leadership development program design and implementation for specific audiences. Examples of our work include the following:

Executive Leadership Program for Nonprofit Organizations (ELPNO) is an immersive, week-long program designed to equip nonprofit leaders to improve the effectiveness of their organizations.

The Statesboro-based Lynda Brannen Williamson Foundation established the Women’s Leadership Academy in partnership with the Fanning Institute to encourage and prepare women to take leadership roles in Southeast Georgia.

Georgia EMC looked to the Fanning Institute to help prepare the organization’s emerging leaders for leadership positions within the cooperative. Three management and leadership development programs consisting of 20 sessions each highlight a comprehensive list of leadership and management topics. The program, implemented at Jackson EMC, Okefenokee EMC, and Smarr EMC, was designed to enhance participants’ effectiveness in managing the opportunities and challenges faced in the organization.

The Fanning Institute also provides leadership, social and communications styles assessments and executive coaching to assist with career and professional development.
