UGA Public Service and Outreach will host another webinar on Feb. 26 to help owners and operators of entertainment venues and nonprofits apply for federal funding available through the Economic Aid Act.

The webinar will include representatives from the UGA Small Business Development Center and the J.W. Fanning Institute for Leadership Development, both UGA Public Service and Outreach units. Participants will hear the criteria for available funding for two programs: the  Shuttered Venue Operators grant program, which provides financial support for live music and other performing arts venues, arts promoters, movie theaters, and museums that meet specific criteria; and the Economic Injury Disaster Loan (EIDL), which provide up to $20 million to small businesses to help meet financial obligations and operating expenses.

The webinar will be hosted virtually through Zoom at from 10-11:30 a.m. on Friday, Feb. 26, 2021. There is no cost to participants but registration is required. Register here.
