The Fanning Institute delivers a multi-session leadership program to prepare emerging leaders for roles within cooperatives. The program focuses on key leadership and management skills through interactive workshops grounded in adult learning and experiential methods.

Participants complete:

• An Emergenetics assessment to understand thinking and behavior patterns
• A 360 Leadership Practices Inventory with feedback from peers and supervisors
• A group-led service project to apply leadership skills in action

The Nonprofit Leadership Learning Community, launched in 2017 with donor support, strengthens leadership skills among nonprofit professionals while fostering peer collaboration. Participants engage in reflective, action-based learning focused on inclusive leadership, inquiry-driven problem solving, and personal growth.
