Bio

Emily Saunders designs and delivers programs that support individual and group learning, with a focus on community leadership, public health, organizational development, and design thinking. She is also a certified FourSight mindset facilitator and Emergenetics© associate who coaches clients using the Hogan Assessment and the Global Leadership Profile. 

Before joining the team, Saunders worked within the University of Georgia, where she co-created and taught professional development and internship courses, worked with student leadership groups, launched mentoring programs and a university-wide onboarding series, managed alumni boards, and oversaw an annual giving program.
