Bio
Major/College: Elena is pursuing her Master of Social Work at the University of Georgia School of Social Work, with an expected graduation date in 2027.
At the Fanning Institute, Elena supports the nonprofit and community team with organizational assessments, strategic planning, and program development.
Before joining the institute, she spent more than five years working in the nonprofit sector in Atlanta and Washington, D.C. Her experience includes adult education, technical assistance, program coordination, capacity-building, and grant management at the local and national levels.
