A large component of many leadership development programs is outdoor experiential-based learning opportunities. These take many forms: low and high ropes courses, whitewater rafting, and even hiking/camping expeditions. Because we recognize the value of this type of leadership development, the Fanning Institute has nurtured numerous relationships through which we can provide these types of opportunities to our clients.
In addition, we take pride in being able to meet the leadership development / teambuilding needs of our clients through the incorporation of portable initiatives into many of our programs.
