
Bio
Brittany Adams-Pope designs and delivers programs that support individual and group learning, with a focus on youth and community. Her work centers on creating meaningful learning experiences that encourage self-awareness, strengthen leadership capacity, and promote personal and professional growth. She develops and facilitates leadership sessions focused on authenticity, transformation and service, helping participants build confidence and navigate change in a variety of settings. Furthermore, she is a certified organization coach through the University of Georgia College of Education and a certified equine-assisted facilitator in the emerging field of equine-assisted coaching and facilitation.
Previously, she served as an assistant professor in the Department of Management and the Equine Industry Program at the University of Louisville College of Business.
