Lumpkin County Commercial and Industrial Standards

Langford D. Holbrook assisted Lumpkin County update and streamline their Commercial and Industrial Standards. The new standards eliminate the ambiguity in the commercial and industrial development process for sites located in the County’s commercial and industrial land use areas; and speed up the permitting process for these developments by eliminating the requirement that every project go before the Planning Commission for an interpretation of existing standards. These standards will help the county's planning department and development authority ensure quality as new commercial and industrial sites are developed, particularly along the GA 400 corridor.
