Biography

 

Ms. Carter is currently providing program support for the Development Authority Board Member Training, Downtown Development Authority Training programs, Georgia Brownfields Redevelopment programs, Alliance For Quality Growth, as well as Lead 21.

 

Prior to joining the institute, Ms. Carter was a Program Coordinator in Public Service and Outreach, Office of Academic Special Programs.  As a coordinator for pre-collegiate programs, such as the Georgia State Science and Engineering Fair, Georgia Junior Science and Humanities Symposium, Advanced Placement Teacher Training Institute, she was also responsible for the statewide fundraising efforts on behalf of those programs.

 

She has a real estate background spanning more than ten years which includes real estate sales/marketing, mortgage financing, construction lending, and property management.
