Program Coordinator

Ms Carter is currently providing program support for the Development Authority Board Member Training, Downtown Development Authority Training programs, Georgia Brownfields Redevelopment programs, Alliance For Quality Growth, as well as Lead 21. She began as a Program Coordinator in Public Service and Outreach six years ago, in the Pre-Collegiate Programs Office. She was coordinator for the Georgia State Science Fair, District I History Day, and the Georgia Junior Science and Humanities Symposium, responsible for writing manuals, website design and fundraising.

Having held a GA Real Estate License for more than ten years, Ms Carter has real estate experience including mortgage financing, construction lending and property management, and sat on the Gwinnett County Board of Equalization for two terms.
