This 28-hour course is approved by the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution (GODR). Approved for 28 CLE hours, 2 Ethics and 28 trial @$140.00 plus 3 Professionalism hours @$45.00. Cost is $725. Credit cards are accepted; call Pam Ward for assistance. Registration deadline is April 30, after which no refunds will be provided. Mediation is a dispute resolution process in which the disputants use an impartial person to assist them in discussing how to resolve their differences. The mediator helps the disputants negotiate with one another by facilitating communications, negotiations, and problem solving until an agreement or settlement of the dispute is reached or the parties acknowledge impasse.
